June 5, 2026 Outcome Review

KPI Deltas

Initiative Decisions

  1. #3: Stranger-test sessions
    • Decision: SCALE
    • Rationale: The insights gathered were extremely high-signal. Friction points identified were actionable. We will scale this from 10 to 20 sessions next quarter.
  2. #4: Weekly signals triage ritual
    • Decision: MAINTAIN
    • Rationale: The ritual is healthy and publish-to-remediation latency is holding at ~6 days. It requires no additional resources but must not be abandoned.
    • Decision record: docs/signals-triage/ — ritual definition plus the weekly triage log (W1–W14).
  3. #5: Controlled distribution/conversion experiments
    • Decision: CUT
    • Rationale: Traffic volume is currently too low for A/B testing to reach statistical significance quickly. The effort-to-reward ratio doesn’t justify the operational overhead right now. Refocusing on top-of-funnel.
  4. #6: External contributor outreach
  5. #7: External validation milestones
    • Decision: MAINTAIN
    • Rationale: We successfully gathered substantive feedback and hosted our first event. Progress is steady; we will maintain the current pace without over-investing yet.

Next 90-Day Roadmap

The next 90-day roadmap has been approved and is backed by new issues generated from this review’s findings (focused on Scaling #3 and #6, while replacing #5 with top-of-funnel initiatives).
